Best Shopping in Lake Arrowhead

Magpi In the Glen - one of my favorite places to go shopping in Lake Arrowehad

Magpi in the Glen

Shopping up here in Lake Arrowhead is not all bear-motiffs and flannel (although you can still find both!) - this mountain community has really stepped up its game when it comes to good shopping. There are many family owned and privately owned shops mixed in amongst the outlet shops (found in Lake Arrowhead Village) which makes it feel more like a hometown and less of a commercial stop.

My favorite places to go shopping in Lake Arrowhead:

Magpi in the Glen @magpi_shop
From clothing and shoes to books and decor… this is a FAV of mine. This store works to feature local southern California artists and women owned businesses. Oh, and the BOOKS! They have some beautiful books - I’ve bought several! Magpi Boutique is located in Cedar Glen which means this shop is only about 5 minutes away in the opposite direction of the Village from our A-frame cabin.

Hearth and Sage @hearthandsage
I have loved this store since I first visited Lake Arrowhead. The wooden mountain piece on the mantle and the beautiful beer bottle opener are both from Hearth and Sage, located in Crestline. They have an eclectic mix of beautiful goods from cards and wooden pieces to decor and food items. Be sure to check this out - and all the other cute shops in Crestline which you can get a feel for Here on the Crestline Chamber of Commerce Instagram.

Basecamp General Store @basecampskyforest
While this cute “general store” may appear like an old-school-gas-station, believe me they’ve turned it into a woodsy boutique that is just precious. It’s right on Hwy 18 in Sky Forest and you simply must stop by Thursday thru Sunday when they’re open. From hats and cute dresses to unique jewelry and lake-life / flora fauna decor this shop is not just perfect for you… it’s a great place to shop for a great gift up in Lake Arrowhead too.

Evergreen Curated Goods @evergreencuratedgoods
Located right next door to Basecamp in Sky Forest, Evergreen is a nice vintage clothing lovers dream. I’ve had friends pick up some amazing pieces here! You’ll also find apothecary and small batch items and decor and some new clothing too. They have a sweet kids section too that my kids are always keen to visit! This store is a unique little slice of shopping comfort on the mountain.

Fort Gregory Outdoor Company @fortgregoryoutdoorco
Just like the name suggests, this cute shop located in Crestline is an adventurer’s dream! From beanies and bugspray to safety supplies, multi-utility tools and even tandem paragliding flights (yes… you really go flying) you can buy it all! They have awesome tshirts, stickers and accessories / decor too. Buy your camping and hiking supplies local and support our mountain community shops - go to For Gregory!

Little Bear Bottle Shop @littlebearbottleshop
This is the perfect shop to stop at on your way in if you need to grab a bottle of bubbly, some specialty or craft beers, whiskey, spirits or really anything alcohol related! It’s not only a tasty, fun shop it’s beautiful too! All the bottles stacked in are simply a visual wonder. It’s in Sky Forest up on Hwy 18 in, also known as Rim of the World Highway, and it’s sure to enhance a meal or pair well with your evening charcuterie board.

Bohemian Village Boutique @bohemianvillage
This boho boutique in Lake Arrowhead Village (next to Rippin Bowls) and has so much cute bohemian clothing and truthfully the wall of plants and pots does it for me! So much good greenery mixed in with boho home goods, clothes, candles, accessories… you name it. It’s very cute!

The Lake House @thelakehousecollection
Antiques, home decor and even some yummy food items, I have found several nice gifts at this store and they have regular events here too, so check out what’s happening. They’re located just up the road in Cedar Glen.

Jeannine’s Home Furnishings @jeannineslakearrowhead
This beautiful black A-frame cabin is right at the entrance to the village and you can’t miss it! They have the sweetest (or spookiest) outside decor and I’m always ready to stop and see what’s new. They have home furnishings, gifts, books, wall-hangings and my kid’s favorite part… lots of soft stuffed animals and children’s books. And if you’re looking to furnish your own cabin, this can be a great little treasure trove for unique items.

Wildflowers at the Lake @wildflowersatthelake
This tiny little flower shop is a lovely floral studio and gift shop. I love to buy holiday greenery at Christmas and fresh little “pick me up” bouquets in the spring and summer. Everyone is always so friendly here and best of all for my guests, just let me know in advance and I’ll order some fresh flowers ahead of time for drop off when you arrive! Fresh flowers make everything better in my opinion!

Lake Arrowhead Village
There are lots of great shopping options in the Village too! From Outlet Shops to Locally Owned, you can find a lot of great places at the Village.
• Pendelton Outlet
• Coach Outlet
Mr G’s For Toys
Jurassic Fossils
• Rocky Mountain Chocolate Factory
Big on Bears
• Pepper Palace
• Village Ice Cream and Sweet Shoppe

Also, there’s lots of great restaurants in the Village, which you can read all about here in my list of favorite places to eat in Lake Arrowhead.
