With a wall of floor-to-ceiling windows, fully stocked stainless kitchen, quiet street, & open floorplan it's the perfect family or friends getaway. Enjoy the outdoor BBQ, bartop & deck while you feel immersed in the mountains & woods. Go hiking, shop & dine in Lake Arrowhead Village, & visit Santa's Village / Sky Park all within 5-10 minutes!

• The loft upstairs features a comfy king bed, a set of bunks (2 singles), and ceiling fan. The room is rather large and you will all have plenty of space. There are dressers available and a full bathroom upstairs.

• The downstairs bedroom has a queen bed and a closet stocked with hangers for your stay. You also have a bathroom right next door!

• Ceiling fan in the loft and circular can help move air, as our place does stay cooler than most due to being nestled in the trees, but we do not have air conditioning. 2 Tower fans also available.

• NOTE: No Air Conditioning, and Lake Trail Access requires advanced notice (click here for info) and purchasing wristbands at the Arrowhead Lake Association ($10 each, per day). - CURRENTLY UNAVAILABLE.

• You can view the beautiful lake from the village and many lakefront restaurants. And there are still wonderful trails available through the San Bernardino county park system! Or you can purchase a lake pass in the summer at close by Lake Gregory, only a short drive away down the mountain.

• All wheel drive and snow chains required in winter.

• For 7+ Day bookings you'll have access to laundry (washer/dryer).

• Driveway has an incline. We provide wheel chocks.

• Beautiful, tree-lined, quiet neighborhood with quiet neighbors.

• Empty, wooded lot across the street and behind the house makes for beautiful views.

• Very close drive to grocery store as well as great restaurants and cute shopping just up the road in Cedar Glen. Or drive about 5 min in the other direction and you're at the Village! Grocery stores are close by too.

• Local guide provided upon checkin to learn more about local activities, favorite restaurants, hikes, shopping, & groceries.

• Only 7-8 min to Sky Park and Santa’s Village. Our guests get a discount! Contact me in advance of your trip.

• 30 min to Snow Valley.

• Check-in: 3:00 PM - 10:00 PM

• Checkout: 11:00 AM

• Self check-in with smart lock

• No smoking

• One dog is allowed with advanced notice and payment of $150 - sneaking a pet in will result in a $250 charge.

• No parties or events

• No outdoor fires

• No photo or video shoots without prior disclosure and approval.

• 4-Wheel-drive (and likely chains) required in winter or once weather gets cold/snowy.

• Be clear we do not have air conditioning.

• Lake access given by the Lake Arrowhead Association upon purchasing a $10 wristband per person, per day - when available. CURRENTLY NOT AVAILABLE.
